Orchard Lodge is a supported living project that provides high quality, user-led holistic care and support to adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

The home is in Shirley area within London Borough of Croydon. It has easy access for transport, shops, and all local amenities with many different community facilities also accessible.

Service is designated so that the Service Users can enjoy a high quality of life on a long basis, in a friendly environment where they are safe, comfortable, happy and stimulated.

Another key element of our ethos is the way relationships are built and nurtured with each individual Service User, their whole family, staff members, advocates and placing authorities. Involving all interested parties help to ensure that the highest standard of service is maintained.

Orchard Lodge is set up to provide a homely atmosphere that enables Service Users to engage and have greater input with decision of their care.

Orchard Lodge is led by the ethos of striving for continuous improvement through regular training and coaching staff.
